I have over 25 years of experience providing brief and long term therapy for adults working on a broad range of concerns. My main focus is to collaboratively help you to clarify and achieve your goals. During our work together, we will regularly assess your progress towards your goals and clearly discuss any goal modifications needed.

I have a broad range of training and experience with different approaches to therapy that have been proven to be effective in helping people change.  My primary concern is that you understand what we are doing and are able to apply the things we talk about in your daily life to make the changes you want.
