I have over 25 years of experience and love working with teens, adults and parents in the areas of anxiety,
depression, stress management and life coaching. I also enjoy working with individual athletes,
coaches and teams in the world of sport performance.
Connecting
matters because everyone has “stuff”. Life
will throw all kinds of situations at you that can cause you to feel unprepared
or out of control. Sometimes, you can
also feel alone when you are trying to figure out what to do, how to do it, and
then questioning how well you did it after the fact. I empathize with those
feelings.
What you are doing right now, though, is awesome. You are beginning to seek out assistance,
knowledge, and support from others. It
will make you stronger and build your confidence to respond better to the
demands that are placed on you. We can
all benefit from learning how to perform at higher levels in our lives. I would love to work alongside you in
